To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For
multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all
individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 7 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 15 to 25 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also,
please call our customer care at +918383932987 or email us at email@example.com in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
1. Customers can return their order within 3 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Else product will not returnable.
3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her cadusindia.com wallet/Bank A/c as requested once we have received the products and quality check is done.
4. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the 'My Orders' section of your cadusindia Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is not available. Customer has to return by own courier charges.
5. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then let us know the product you require and we will ship the replacement product.
6. All Shipped or clearance sale products can only be replaced, no returns.
7. Few product is not returnable like”:- Any Burnable item, Any Fragrance item, Any Perfume, Any Undergarments ETC.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped or delivered to you, Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
Log into your account and go to the 'My Orders' page
Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 15-25 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Cadus.
Why do I see a disabled 'Cancel' link?
A disabled 'Cancel' link can mean the following things:
The item is being shipped together with another order of yours
The item is non-refundable
